We just purchased FR Config SW3 and I am trying to load it on my laptop which is running Windows 7 64 bit. So far the installation has not finished and when I did stop it after a long time, I tried to use it and it would not load the USB drivers. Not having very good luck with it, is there any resolution or are we out $250.
